Alan Tetreault was 14 years old when he completed the Wilton Cake Decorating Master Course. Today, he's been teaching cake decorating for over 40 years. As an honors graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute and the owner and founder of Global Sugar Art, Alan travels the world judging at international and national cake competitions. He's also a member of ICES and the British Sugarcraft Guild. In 2010, Alan was invited to be the international guest artist at the Cake International Show in Birmingham, England, where he demonstrated and taught his unique techniques to more than 15,000 visitors.
