One-patch quilts are among the most basic patchwork designs, but the Gingham and Giggles Baby Quilt adds a fun twist. You’ll explore working with a directional print paired with a collection of ginghams to create a playful, modern look. Woven ginghams were hugely popular in the 1970s, made a brief comeback in the ’90s with country-inspired colors, and are now trending again with a fresh, retro feel. While the color palettes have evolved, the tradition remains. We’ll also cover design walls and explore different layout options to help you plan your quilt with confidence.
