Scope of this Policy

This privacy policy applies to users who access TN Marketing LLC (“TN Marketing,” “us,” “we,” or “our”) content and video services (collectively, “Services”) made available through an organization or other entity, such as a library or corporate account (collectively, the “Enterprise”). Authorized users of an Enterprise account to access the Services are referred to herein as “Authorized Users.”

This Policy applies to the information we collect through the Services. As a general matter, we do not collect any personally identifiable information (“PII”) from Authorized Users. The only information we collect is what and how long videos and other content is viewed by Authorized Users on an aggregate basis. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, mobile applications, or services that may link to the Services or be linked to from the Services. Please review the privacy policies on those websites and applications directly to understand their privacy practices.

This Policy may change from time to time, and we will post updates here.

This Privacy Policy is subject to our Terms of Service. Each time that you access, register and/or use the Services you signify that you have read, understand, and agree to be bound by the Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, unless otherwise prohibited by law.

Information We Collect from Authorized Users

As noted above, we do not collect any PII or any other information from Users.

Information we collect automatically

We and partners working on our behalf collect information about videos and other content Authorized Users access and for how long they interact with the Services. We do not collect any other information about Authorized Users or the device(s) from which they access the Services.

Use of Cookies and Other Automatic Information Gathering Technologies

What are cookies?

To assist us in collecting and storing non-personal Information regarding your and others use of the Services, we may employ a variety of technologies, including “cookies.” Cookies are small data files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. Cookies are widely used by website operators to make their websites work, or to work more efficiently, as well as provide reporting information.

We use both “session ID cookies” and “persistent cookies.” Session ID cookies are used to store information while a user is logged into our Services and expire when the user closes his/her browser. Persistent cookies are used to make tasks like logging into the Services easier for returning users by remembering a user’s login information. Persistent cookies stay on a user’s hard drive from one session to the next.

Cookies set by TNM are called “first party cookies.” Cookies set by parties other than us are called “third party cookies”. Third party cookies enable third party features or functionality to be provided on or through the Services (e.g. like interactive content and analytics).

Why and How do we use cookies?

We use first party and third-party cookies for various purposes. Some cookies are required for technical reasons in order for our Sites to operate, and we refer to these as “essential” or “strictly necessary” cookies. We also use cookies to analyze how users use the Services, including what videos are watched and for how long. This information is shared on a non-personal, anonymous basis with the organizations that make the Services available to users. We do not use cookies for any commercial purpose, including serving ads.

Security

We use a combination of physical, technical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect the information we collect through the Services, while in transit and at rest. While we use these precautions to safeguard this information against unauthorized intrusion and interception, we cannot guarantee the security of the networks, systems, servers, devices, and databases we operate or that are operated on our behalf.
