How to Sharpen a Bench Chisel: Whetstone

He demonstrates a few different tricks for properly completing the process, including lubricating the stone with water, using the index finger on your opposite hand to keep the blade flat against the surface of the stone, painting the blade black with a felt-tip pen, and putting the chisel in a rolling sharpening device.
