You’ll start to incorporate more attitude and rhythm as you combine basic ballet moves like pliés and relevés with bodyweight exercises like squats to create a sexy dance routine that will leave you sweating.

Jennifer will also lead you through upper body moves in this dance workout video that will incorporate your arms in fun dance steps and help create a strong, sleek stomach with controlled ab movements. You’ll also perform “plié and lengthen” exercises that will build length and strength in the legs, creating that long and lean dancer’s body we all covet. This dance workout video is all about getting an amazing total body workout while also having fun.
